Body of Fire Review

Why would you or I buy and diets and exercise program without knowing the creator qualifications. So I thought I would start off this Body of Fire Review with some information about its creator.

Body of Fire is created by: Chad Waterbury,
Chad a Masters Degree in Physiology from the University of Arizona. His main study in this field was neurophysiology witch is the movement of the human body and performance. So Chad is well educated in this area.

Now lets look at Chads experience:
Chad Waterbury was the strength and conditioning director are the Richson Gracie International Jiu Jitsu Center in west Los Angeles and now he works one on one with non-athletes, celebrities, and professional fighters and a wide range of other athletes. If you are into health and fitness then you might already know who Chad is since he contributes to many magazines such as Men’s Health, Fight!, Men’s Fitness and the T-Muscle bodybuilding Web site, and he’s the author of Huge in a Hurry and Muscle Revolution. He also lectures at fitness conferences and gives personal seminars on a limited basis. So as you can see Chad does have the background to put together a solid Diet and Fitness book like Body of Fire.

Now lets look at the product - Body of Fire Review

The Body of fire is not a calorie counting diet and i think that is awesome. I have tried other diets before that always left me hungry or craving foods. However on this diet you will be eating foods you love to eat and you will be using it as a weapon against fat by increasing your metabolism.

But the Body of Fire Ebook is a lot more than just a diet. This is a complete program to help you tone your body and get the healthy look you desire.

So what does F.I.R.E. mean?

  • F. Full body workout
  •  I. Intense
  • R. Resistance
  • E. Exercise
Now you may be thinking that you just don't have the time to put into a full workout. Actually you do, I say that because you only need 30 -45 minutes of time to do this program and you can do it 3,4,or 5 days a week. This means you can fit it into your schedule.

But let's be completely honest here, you didn't get into the shape you are in from being busy all the time. If you are like me then after you worked all day you most likely ate a big dinner and plopped down in the recliner and watched TV the rest of the night. So I know all about excuses because I have invented a few of them myself.

So lets get back to the Body of Fire Review - lets look at the pros and cons:

Pros:
  • Workouts are short just 30 to 45 minutes a workout 3,4,or 5 days a week.
  • The workouts are fun because there are 16 weeks of workouts and this helps keep you from getting stuck in the same old routine.
  • No calorie counting, that's right my friend you will get a nutritional guild with sample meal plans and you will learn how to eat right and still burn fat as well as gaining energy.
  • There is also a great FAQ section and if you can't get your answer  to your questions in that section, Chad says you can email him directly. That my friend is great customer service.
Cons:
  • This program is not for bodybuilders or powerlifters as it may be out of your comfort zone.
I think it is time you see what some of the customers have to say about the Body of Fire system.

Knowing how to reduce weight and keep it off is key to dieting.
