About Me

I know its hard to even get the energy to try another diet plan or exercise plan. I myself was a couch potato, II am 5'11" tall and i weigh 248 pounds with a 45 inch waste before i started this plan. I was stressed and depressed all the time and just didn't have the energy to get off my butt and start a workout program.

However the body of fire is so simple to follow and i don't have to starve myself like other diets, I really believe this is the plan for me.

So this is my plan to get motivated.
  • I am going to set a time in the day and make myself go through the routine even if i don't feel like it.
  • When i go shopping at the grocery store i will not buy any more junk food or frozen meals just to make my life easier.
  • I will not get on the bathroom scale to use weight as a means to check my progress. Instead i am going to use the way my cloths fit on me or maybe a tape measure. I say this because muscle ways more than fat and as i burn off the fat and do the exercises and get toned up the scale may give me a false reading on how my progress is really going.
  • I will follow through on my plan because if i keep doing what i am doing now i won't be able to live my life and do the things i want to do at a latter time.
  • If i keep to my plan and meet my goals i will reward myself with a vacation at the end may be somewhere with a beach to show off my new look.
I need to get in shape people and i want you to join me as well.
